Cobalt Clean COVID-19 protocols are as follows:

What we’re doing

  • Wash and sanitize hands between each service
  • Use cleaning products that have anti-bacterial or disinfecting properties, unless plant-based products have been selected
  • Cobalt Clean professionals must follow local mask mandates and guidelines
  • Wear disposable gloves and/or shoe booties between service
  • Fresh mop heads and cloths used for each service
  • Service techs are instructed to stay home if they have a fever/feel ill for any reason

How you can help

  • Maintain proper social distance while our professional is in your home
  • If you or anyone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19, reschedule your booking to occur once you test negative. No cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If you test positive within 3 days after booking, please notify us so we can take appropriate safety measures with our team
