Client Portal Accounts

If you create an account through our client portal to manage bookings, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobalt Clean’s total liability arising from your use of this Site is limited to direct damages, and shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Cobalt Clean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This limitation applies to use of the website itself; liability related to cleaning services performed is governed separately by our Client Policies and by our business liability insurance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
